Bill Fowler founded Caddo Minerals in 2009 right here in Austin, Texas. In 2011 his son Will joined the company, and over the past 10 years they have grown the business and the team, focusing on hiring people they knew were honest and hardworking and teaching them what they needed to know. Today, the Caddo team has grown to 28 people.
